Job Description
- Deal directly with customers face to face or through phone
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Handling and preparing daily activity reports requirement
- Receiving Inbound Calls & Handling Technical Queries.
- Maintaining Customer Satisfaction.
- Solving Technical Problems Related to our smart phone application and website.
- Assessment to the medical provider and reporting ether applicable or not for the smart solution.
- Following for there technical issues with other departments in order to meet our customer satisfaction

- 1+ years of experience
- Presentable and good communication skills
- Good knowledge and experience in computer especially office
- Formal dress code
- Graduates ONLY & Bachelor Degree Holders.
- Very Good to Excellent English Level.

- Age between 27 and 35 years old.
