Job Description

  • Deal directly with customers face to face or through phone
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Handling and preparing daily activity reports requirement
  • Receiving Inbound Calls & Handling Technical Queries.
  • Maintaining Customer Satisfaction.
  • Solving Technical Problems Related to our smart phone application and website.
  • Assessment to the medical provider and reporting ether applicable or not for the smart solution.
  • Following for there technical issues with other departments in order to meet our customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Males and Females
  • Bachelor degree
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Presentable and good communication skills
  • Good knowledge and experience in computer especially office
  • Formal dress code
  • Graduates ONLY & Bachelor Degree Holders.
  • Very Good to Excellent English Level.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Age between 27 and 35 years old.
  • Military service status should be identified For Males.
  • Highly presentable candidate is a must.
  • Flexibility for extended working hours
