Job Duties:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Develop strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure the company maintains a strong presence
- Maintain working knowledge of the industry’s climate and competition to effectively implement the sales strategy.
- Help define sales job requirements, assist in the search for the best candidates and take part in the interview process.
- Providing sales team members with tips and training to achieve a competitive edge in the industry
- Assign tasks to the team members with the best skills for the job and guide staff members to ensure the work is done well.
- Understand the importance of praising and rewarding team members with a stellar job attitude and performance
- Prepare and deliver sales reports to management on team member performance and mission-related objectives.
- Set the overall direction of the sales department with the support and direction of the Sales Manager.
- Create interest by controlling phone call scripts and customer-meeting checklists.
- Monitor sales transactions to ensure the accomplishment of the branch’s financial targets.
- Take responsibility to achieve targets to support company growth.
- Develop and implement plans to ensure the development and retention of sales personnel
- Develop and implement a plan for generating referrals and personally developed leads from current students, every phone contact, and every interview
- Collaborate with superior to modify sales pipeline to improve customers’ retention and improve the performance of the sales department
- Develop and implement an aggressive plan to follow up on all applicants to meet or exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Ensure the completion of all required forms for enrollment and schedule the registration.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
