  • Welcoming customers, offering assistance within the branch, and speaking in a refined and courteous manner.
  • Identifying customer needs and helping them find clothing supplies that suit them.
  • Creating a complete look to match the client's style.
  • Providing personalized design advice.
  • Assisting and providing recommendations on choosing shoes and accessories that complement customers' outfits.
  • Introducing clients to fashion trends.
  • Explanation and presentation of product details, including types of fabrics, care instructions, prices, and discounts.
    Suggest alternative clothes and colors to create a unique look.
  • Ensuring the display of suitable products and restocking.
  • Remember the names of the customers who frequent the branch, their sizes, and preferences, and maintain strong relationships with the customers.
  • Continuous awareness of fashion in clothing, shoes, and accessories.
  • Good knowledge of product distribution and arranging clothes within the branch.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and managers and implementing the instructions of the branch manager and his deputy as required by the nature and interest of the work.
  • Effective communication with customers to understand their needs.
  • Achieving goals, which helps in achieving the company's objectives.
  • The ability to work during peak seasons and under pressure.
  • The ability to persuade and negotiate with clients.
  • Mastering the art of diplomacy in solving client issues.
  • Gaining customers' goodwill easily and the ability to form successful relationships with them, which only serves the interest of the business. 
  • Patience and emotional stability to respond to all inquiries with the necessary accuracy and wisdom. 
  • The initiative skill through which he can explain promotional offers and guide customers to make a purchase.
  • Organizing the branch warehouse continuously, arranging sizes, and reviewing shortages daily. 
  • Paying attention to the overall appearance of the branch, its cleanliness, and organizing the sections continuously to maintain the overall appearance. 
  • The constant cooperation and coordination among colleagues regarding work matters within the branch, as required by the nature and interest of the work.
  • Not discussing personal matters among colleagues in the presence of clients.
  • Performing any other tasks assigned to him by the company director as required by the nature and interest of the work.

Job Requirements

  • Experience and qualifications:
  • Intermediate qualification or higher in marketing or commerce.
  • It is preferable to have completed training courses in communication skills and the art of marketing.
  • Experience of no less than one year.
  • It is preferable to be familiar with the basics of computers, especially programs (Word – Excel).
  • Proficiency in English at an acceptable level.
