New Era Education is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in accounts receivable processes and a solid understanding of financial principles.

Invoicing and Billing

Generate and issue invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
Review and verify all invoices for completeness and accuracy.

Payment Processing & Collections

Record and apply payments received from customers.
Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
Conduct collections activities to follow up on overdue accounts.
Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.

Reconciliation

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Work closely with other departments to investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and analyze AR aging reports.
Provide regular updates on accounts receivable status.
Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, invoices, and payments.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable.
