Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy 
  • Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analysing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
  • Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Manage employee relation activities, learning and development, Recruitment & payroll
  • Provide comprehensive HR support to all business partners.
  • Manage employees’ labor relations and welfare.
  • Manage the payroll process and ensuring compliance with governmental rules and regulations.
  • Assess training needs and create the annual training plan to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and update the company’s evaluation program.
  • Ensure compliance throughout human resource policies & procedures.
  • Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program and maintain benefits program.
  • Developing, analysing, and updating the company’s salary budget and analyse wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
  • Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as medical insurance and pension plans, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
  • Manage all admin related tasks as well as employee medical insurance and fleet management.
  • Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction.
  • Responsible for all printing items: Business Cards, letterhead, cover letters …etc.
  • Forming and maintaining employee records and files.
  • follow up with the process of interviewing  the selected applicants and the whole hiring process.
  • Processing of payrolls.

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager at least 5 years.
  • Have Experience in one of manufacturing  Sector
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • excellent English.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law.
  • The ability to develop the necessary policies to manage and maintains  the company's human resources in light of the laws and regulations governing the company's work in accordance with the company's policy
