Job Description
- Develops marketing strategy based on knowledge of hospital policy, nature of market and customer’s requirements
- Prepares marketing plan
- Prepares marketing budget and participate in preparing sales budget
- Participates in hiring and selection of marketing personnel
- Plans and administers sales policies and programs to foster and promote hospital services
- Directs employees engaged in preparing promotional correspondence with business and social groups
- Confers with department heads to discuss and formulate plans for soliciting business.
- Approves promotional materials and ranges for publicity
- Plans and execute advertising policies of the hospital
- Reviews and approves television advertisement before release
- Directs research activities and personnel
- Directs and coordinates promotion of hospital services performed to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position in the market
- Reviews monthly sales reports to determine changes in programs required
- Represents hospital at association meetings to promote services
- Assists other department within hospital to prepare manuals and technical publications
Job Requirements
Education & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience and at least from 1-3 years as a Marketing Manager
- University degree,
- Preferably in Business Administration / Marketing.
