Job Description

  • Lead financial administration, planning, and budgeting.
  • Oversee longer-term budget planning and cost management.
  • Monitor progress of budgets and present operational metrics.
  • Ensure financial staff maintains financial record systems in accordance with appropriate principles and monitors the use of funds.
  • Manage cash flow and forecasting, directing financial accounting.
  • Coordinate audit activities.
  • Manage multiple client engagements.
  • Leadership and problem identification.
  • Responsible for managing the financial actions of a company.
  • Tracking cash flow and financial planning
  • Analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions.
  • Works with other department heads to monitor each department and make recommendations
  • Review planning process and suggests improvements to current methods.
  • Responsible for managing the finance and accounting divisions and for ensuring that the company’s financial reports are accurate and completed in a timely manner
  • Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, identify areas of cost reduction and process enhancement
  • Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives
  • Monitor performance with tracking, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting for earnings calls, the management team, and the rest of the company
  • Develop key external business networks to drive revenue growth.

Job Requirements

  •  Previous working experience as CFO for (10) years at least
  •  Degree in Accounting or Finance
  •    Excellent English level
  •  Excellent knowledge of corporate financial law
  •  Hands-on experience with financial management software and ERP (ODOO)
  •     Strong leadership and organizational skills
  •     Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  •     Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning
  •     Working knowledge of raising capital beyond traditional lines of credit 
  •    Strong background in developing annual strategic and financial plans
