Job Description
- Handling all aspects of ticketing activity with customers
- Booking Air Line Tickets / Hotels / Cars using Amadeus or Travel Port Platform.
- Information regarding country travel rules, prices, and policies.
- Reservation & booking by using the airline system.
- Follow-up with customers.
- Creating daily reports.
- Handling requests of the management.
- Resolve customer complaints while providing effective solutions.
- Handling all travel agent's requests from booking and issuing tickets.
- Handling administration work and assistance to CEO.
Job Requirements
- Working days from Saturday to Thursday
- Good English (reading, writing & speaking)
- Very good Communication skills.
- 3-4 Years Of Experience
- Working Hours from 9 to 5 pm
- Amadeus or Travel Port Certificate is a must
- Computer requirements: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
