Job Description

Position Purpose

  • Experienced HR professional to join our rapidly growing company. In this role, you will work as the first dedicated business partner to promote company culture. You will collaborate with business leaders to help drive a sustainable, performance-oriented culture. You will be responsible for maintaining org cultural health across different departments.

Role and Responsibilities 

  • Facilitate the development and communication of the company's core values and ethical behaviors.
  • Reinforce the company's core values and behavioral expectations through developing, communication, and coaching.
  • Develop policies and procedures to support company culture (for example: whistleblower protection, code of conduct).
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate orientation processes for new hires, rehires, and transfers.
  • Develop employee relations programs (for example, awards, recognition, discounts, special events) that promote a positive organizational culture.
  • Responsible for company engagement programs (celebration events and outings).
  • Evaluate effectiveness of employee relations programs using metrics (for example: employee surveys).
  • Establish workplace policies and procedures (for example, dress code, attendance, computer use) and monitor their application and enforcement to ensure consistency.
  • Develop, administer, and evaluate grievance/dispute resolution.
  • Build, measure, and drive success across key People Operations metrics including employee culture and engagement.

Job Requirements

  • At least 4 years of success as HR operations// employee relations in corporate culture
  • Strong Knowledge of Techniques for facilitating positive employee relations (for example, employee surveys, focus groups, dispute resolution, labor/management cooperative strategies and programs).
  • Strong knowledge of Employee involvement strategies (for example, employee management committees, self-directed work teams, and staff meetings).
  • Experience of Workplace behavior issues/practices (for example: poor communication).
  • Experience of Positive employee relations practices and non-monetary rewards
