Job Description
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details,
- Review job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
- Assist in employee retention and development.
- Supervise recruiting personnel.
- Organizes and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
Job Requirements
- Must have excellent communication, sourcing and interviewing skills.
- 10 years experience in HR, 5 of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role.
- Experience in blue / white collar, and start-ups is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field, MBA or Diploma certificates are a plus.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
