Job Description

  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, 
  • Review job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts.
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
  • Assist in employee retention and development.
  • Supervise recruiting personnel.
  • Organizes and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events.
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Must have excellent communication, sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • 10 years experience in HR, 5 of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role.
  •  Experience in blue / white collar, and start-ups is a plus.
  •  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field, MBA or Diploma certificates are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • PowerPoint presentation of recruitment data to C level
