JOB DESCRIPTION
We're looking for experienced Sales Reps who are fluent in English, looking to work remotely and excel in their careers. Successful candidates will earn a salary and commission with us, and opportunities to progress within the company. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and do well is key.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Grow and develop the sales through effective and consistent sales calls and emails.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Focus on achieving your first sale, with salary and commission paid only once the initial client is secured.
- Sales: Deliver compelling sales pitches to identify client needs, handle objections, and secure meetings.
- Client Engagement: Build relationships with prospects and maintain follow-ups to nurture leads through the sales cycle.
- Persistence & Resilience: Maintain a strong work ethic and resilience, particularly in the face of rejection, while continually striving to land the first sale.
- Market: You’ll be mainly working on the UK Market, but also speaking with companies in Sweden, Europe, U.A.E and North America.

SALARY & BENEFITS PACKAGE
FOR THIS ROLE ONBOARDING AND PAY IS AFTER YOUR FIRST SALE IS MADE.
MONTHLY SALARY AND COMMISION PER SALE STARTS AFTER YOUR FIRST SALE.

- Starting Salary 15,000 EGP Monthly + Commission 5000 EGP-10,000 EGP per sale

- ~10AM - 7PM Egypt / ~ 8AM - 5PM UK Time Monday To Friday

Job Requirements
KEY SKILLS
- Must be fluent in English
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to earn commissions through performance.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable with rejection and able to persist in a cold-calling environment.
- Confidence in engaging with decision-makers and overcoming objections.
- Goal-oriented and determined to succeed.

EXPERIENCE
- 3 years minimum experience
- Experience working with or targeting western companies preferred.
- Experience and success in an outbound sales role.
