Job Description
- Recruitment full cycle (Qualification, Screening, Interview, References, Evaluation, Shortlisting, Contracting).
- Personnel, Employee Insurance, and Taxes.
- Team Building Activities (internal and external activities to increase employee loyalty)
- Employees Appraisals and incentives process.
- Manage Employee's Medical Insurance.
- Monthly Payroll.
- The employee of the month process.
- Maintain Company Work Roles.
Job Requirements
- 9+ years experience as Senior HR Generalist.
- Experience in software industry
- Bachelor's degree in business or related.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent command of English language is a Must.
- Diploma and\or training courses in HR is preferable.
- Living in Cairo is preferable.
