Job Description
- Contribute to the quarterly/annual business forecasting by providing account trends and future customer needs.
- Meet and exceed predetermined sales goals and objectives and report on progress weekly.
- Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory.
Job Requirements
- Experience from 1 to 3 years in the same field
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of the cosmetic field
- Familiarity with cosmetic & pharmacies along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
