Job Description
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying and planning for the organization's manpower plan and work proactively to fill all vacant positions.
- Identify all needs replacement positions or expansion requests and work on their hiring (Sourcing, Screening & Interviewing).
- Identify applicant requirements for each job by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
- Source and Screen candidates identifying their qualifications, for a specific job or for developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance if needed.
- Attract the target candidates by placing job advertisement either internal or external.
- Responsible for coordinating all management interviews, final interviews and additional assessments.
- Identifying and coordinating participation in recruiting events to advertise employment opportunities and endorse the Employer Branding Strategy.
- Providing statistical analysis of HR employment data for data-driven decision making and process improvement.
- Leading the new employees’ on-boarding program.
- Assist in the training function (TNA, Training Plan).
- Assist in the performance and evaluation cycle.
- Oversee the implementation of the performance management cycle to ensure that business objectives are achieved.
- Develop, prepare and maintain all HRM related reports.
- Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program.
- Support in personnel activities
Job Requirements
- Related education background.
- HR study (certificates-workshop-diploma) is a plus.
- Strong time management and leadership skills.
