Job Description
- Installs, configures, and administrates of Web Application Firewalls.
- Monitors daily security incidents and prepare related reports.
- Configures and Administrates of Root CA firewalls.
- Configures firewalls, Web Gateways, routers, and switches to maximize network efficiency and security.
- Supports and administers firewall environments in line with IT security policy.
- Periodically updates and checks health of all security systems, appliances, and applications.
- Conducts periodic security tests to assure security efficiency.
- Conducts forensic investigation in case of incidents, either on the users or the traders.
- Performs technical & management escalation as implied by the escalation process to ensure security tasks are progressing toward resolution and/or completion.
- Performs solution releases by authorizing, validating (changes, upgrades, updates, patches, and migrations) and implementing them.
- Monitors and alerts system configuration and administration to ensure 24/7 system health reporting to direct manager.
- Investigates of Security breach alert.
- Tracks the vulnerable scripts to avert the potential threats.
- Manages customer (internal and external) requirements and provide them with regular updates as per each of the service support processes.
- Analyzes logs to deliver information about strange behavior and expected future incidents.
- Handles vendor relationships for security products and professional services
- Participates in creating policies and procedures (that meets international standards and satisfy company's requirements).
- Performs other duties upon request.
Job Requirements
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related.
- From 1 to 2 years in Network Security and Information Security.
- Experience in identifying threats, vulnerabilities, and exploitations.
- Experience with NGFWs, Mail Gateways, Web Gateways, WAF, Endpoint protection, SSL-VPN and SEIM, Traffic monitoring tools
- vendor certification is a plus (preferred CCNP security or equivalent)
- Preferred Certificates: - CEH, SSCP or equivalent.
- Preferred (Network/ Application/ Systems) penetration testing or security assessment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills and document
- Working Under Pressure and performing efficiently
