Account Manager (Arabic Speaker) KSA

Description



If so, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Account Manager-Riyadh based to join our Client Services division. This role involves managing client accounts and ensuring the successful budgeting, selling, planning, and execution of events and exhibitions, requiring excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:



Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the event planning and execution process. Understand client needs and objectives, presenting them with tailored proposals and solutions. Answer RFPs and create quotations for events. Manage event budgets, contracts, and timelines Coordinate with in-house Project Managers and other departments for timely delivery of services and products, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Oversee event logistics, including setup, teardown, and onsite management. Provide post-event reports and analysis to clients. Track commercial terms and financial deliverables. Work closely with the assigned Project Manager to deliver a best-in-class project Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Oversee clients' projects from beginning to completion, striving to achieve client satisfaction. Provide regular status updates to clients and handle any changes or issues that may arise.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in event/exhibition planning and management, preferably in an agency/client-facing role. Strong organizational, client, and project management skills. Able to work and perform independently without constant supervision. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and event management software and tools. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required. Willingness to travel for events as required.* Fluent in Arabic and English (both writing and speaking)
