• Collaborate with Analytics Business Partners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and implement complex Power Automate workflows and business processes.
• Customize and configure Power Automate connectors, triggers, actions, and conditions to meet specific business needs.
• Integrate Power Automate with other applications and systems using connectors and APIs.
• Integrate Power Automate with Power BI to control the Power BI datasets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Automate workflows, ensuring smooth and reliable automation.
• Optimize and enhance existing Power Automate workflows for performance and scalability.
• Create documentation, including technical specifications, process flows, and user guides.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers on Power Automate best practices and development techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the Power Automate ecosystem and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Power Automate Developer, creating and managing complex workflows and automations.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate platform, including connectors, triggers, actions, and expressions.
• Proficiency in working with various data sources, such as SharePoint, Excel, Dynamics 365, SQL databases, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate requirements into efficient automated workflows.
• Experience with other Microsoft Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus.
• Proficient in JavaScript, JSON, and other scripting languages.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
