Job Description
- Manage company's inventory while providing the required infrastructure to ensure a smooth operation.
- Generate, issue and implement company's commercial policies and procedures.
- Create, implement and ensure the efficiency of the sales operational work flows.
- Develop and maintain an automated inventory
- Compute and issue sales/lease commission to the company’s different sales channels.
- Generate the company’s sales reports and track them versus objectives / budgets.
- Ensure a safe and efficient commercial operations in order that company's image, reputation and Service levels are maintained and enhanced to the highest standards.
- Issue the company’s sales contracts
- Supports the sales department in its daily work flow and sales analysis
- Validating all unit’s technical and financial specifications
- Manage and safeguard the company’s customer database.
- Manage and process all of company's clients contractual and financial requests.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Real Estate Developers is a MUST.
- Minimum Required Years of Experience 1 Year same position and 5 years total experience.
- Experience in sales operations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Hard worker.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant.
- Particularly good English language and Microsoft.
- Company location in new Cairo.
