Job Description
• Coordinate and identify staffing needs
• Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
• Organizing Applicants’ data in company’s internal databases (e.g., contact details, resumes and assignments).
• Coordinating interviews and contacting applicants.
• Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills.
• Create potential Applicants’ pool (Talent pipeline).
• Follow-up with shortlisted candidates to the end of hiring process.
• Assisting with the onboarding of new recruits (e.g., scheduling of training, preparing necessary paperwork etc.)
• Perform sourcing and archiving for recruitment Database.
• Other Tasks assigned by Direct Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or any relevant field
- 0-2 years of experience in the HR Field (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
- Minya Resident is a must.
- Males Only.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
- An HR Diploma is preferred.
- Very good command of written and spoken English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Time Management skills and multi-tasking.
