Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
- Generate lead.
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
- Understand the needs of your clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
- Think and work strategically
- Seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
- Carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
- Draw up client contracts.
- Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise others about them.
- Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate.
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
- Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.
- Attend seminars, conferences, and events.
- Hand out tasks to the team.
- Drive business growth.
- Proven ability to establish profitable relationships with decision-makers at companies and organizations.
- Review and monitor the staff performance on regular basis to ensure the plan is achieved on time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer science, or relevant field.
- From 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Development in the Software and Tech industry.
- Must have experience in the Software and Tech field in general.
- Experience in dealing with a product-based company will be a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven success in developing and executing development strategies.
- Excellent project management skills.
- From Excellent to Fluent in English
