Job Description
Pharmacist will be responsible for:
- Call center for medical operations.
- Managing, routing and delivery process.
- Manage relationship with network pharmacies.
- Responsible for managing insurance processes of different providers.
- Dealing with multiple types of stakeholders ( Pharmacies, patients, insurance companies, customers … etc)
Job Requirements
- Faculty of Pharmacy Graduate is a MUST
- Experience from 1 to 3 years
- Previous call center experience.
- Worked in large chain pharmacies.
- Problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of insurance processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor degree 2018 or above
