Job Description
- Assist in the implementation of the sports development strategy
- Researching opportunities to identify new projects and potential enhancements.
- Assist in Developing Business Models and project operational plans for any new projects and initiatives/events
- Keeping track record for all new initiatives/projects
- Creating a Database for all sports related services providers.
- Collected essential data for new projects/initiatives
- Preparing presentations for new projects/initiatives
- Creating Bi-weekly reports to monitor the performance of the newly implemented projects/initiatives
- Collecting the date used in defining new clubs’ prerequisites in alignment with all stakeholders
- In coordination with relevant department, ensure the proper implementation of for the L&D Plan for Sports staff and Coaches
- Overseeing the implementation of Awareness and educational programs for Parents and Athletes
- Assist in Developing technological sports solutions to enhance sports performance technically and operationally
- Conducting research to identify gaps or inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve the performance and fill the gaps
- Act as the focal point of sport development department and other departments.
- Working on achieving and supporting the sports sector objectives and vision which considered part of the company's objectives
