Job Description
- Create an team environment with an open communication culture and Motivate team members
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Monitor and oversee team performance and reports and tasks given
- Liaise with superiors to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data
- Oversee day-to-day operation and follow up on deadlines
- Monitor with the HR department the training needs and development areas
- Brief Experience in the functions of the other departments ( in specific the HR department)
- Create Kpis metrics for the whole team
Job Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in managing/supervising sales team
- Brief experience in performance in employee appraisal process
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Time Management
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's Degree
