Job Description
| 2-3 people are working in this department in collaboration with QA to achieve the following | ||||||||||||
Training on activities and on working on equipment will be provided Should be from El Sheikh Zayed or 6th of October Residents.
Preferably should have a Bachelor degree of Chemistry Science or Pharmaceutical studies Should have an excellent English language( written- spoken) | ||||||||||||
| 1.Analysis and following up equipment GCMS, GCFID, density meter, refratometer | ||||||||||||
| 2. Send samples in due date through accurate batching system | ||||||||||||
| 3. Quality to client file update and follow up. | ||||||||||||
| 4. Follow up on samples. | ||||||||||||
| 5. Follow up production and purchasing: all products should have a quality standards | ||||||||||||
| discussed with sales and production and followed up throughout the different seasons. | ||||||||||||
| 6. No return goods due to quality. No bad unsellable stock. | ||||||||||||
| 7. Quality assurance awareness of the quality regulation through meeting and follow up (in different departments). | ||||||||||||
| 8. Follow up regulatory issues COA's, MSDS, TDS, RIFM, …. ISO's etc. | ||||||||||||
| 9. Questionnaire/ answers/ Claims to client related to quality. | ||||||||||||
| 10. Maintenance and calibration of equipments. | ||||||||||||
| 11. Seek and expand relation and network with external labs in/out Egypt, scientific organizations … | ||||||||||||
| related to the industry from scientific side (will be guided in that) | ||||||||||||
| 12. Assist A.F &Co. in implementing research and R&D in collaboration with the different departments | ||||||||||||
| 13. Validation system across the factory and the lab to insure proper quality control according to different certifications standard implemented This above system is implemented by QA and controlled regularly by random check. | ||||||||||||
