Job Description
A reputable Business Consultant company with more than 10 years of experience in 5th settlement are hiring Office Manager.
Administrative Activities and Reporting 50%
- Manage employee schedules and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise
- Write reports for senior management and deliver presentations
- Perform financial reports through our ERP System ( Odoo)
- Develop and protect communication cycle internal and external
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
In Office Customer Service 10%
- Responsible for any incoming phone calls and provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email .
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Office Management 30%
- Organize and chair meetings with staff - typing the agenda and taking minutes.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tech support staff; following up on work results.
Job Requirements
- Presentable
- Bachelor Degree from Business Administration or Faculty of Commerce English Section major accounting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Attention to detail
- Customer service attitude
- Ability to work well with others.
- 2 years of experience at least
- Preferably experienced in IT companies
- Proficiency in MS Office
