Job Responsibilities:

  • Build robust and scalable hiring methodology
  • Construct a training plan and assess the training needs
  • Develop and improve training content, while managing the training coordination
  • Evaluate the progress of the couriers after receiving the training
  • Managing incentive programs
  • Cooperate in enhancing our online channels

Job Requirements

What we look for:

  • +3 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible to work with people from different backgrounds
  • Team player and flexible to rapidly changing work schedules
  • Excellent team management and coaching skills
  • Advanced risk management & problem-solving skills.
  • Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office
