Job Description
- To organize allot of activities such as Brickwork, Blockwork, Sand plastering, Gypsum plastering, Tiling, Waterproofing, Electrical, Plumbing, and Aluminum.
- Ensure execution of finishing work on-site as per the specifications drawings.
- Measurement verification with respect to work carried.
- Prepare a forecast for material procurement and usage.
- Coordination with consultants, and clients for completing the work as per the schedule.
- Ensure minimum wastage of material and improve the Quality.
- Responsible for all setting outs and all level finishing
- Periodic reporting to Project Head.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architecture Engineering.
- Experience in finishing residential and commercial units.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Primavera, SAP, or other related programs.
