- Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies in coordination with the Managing Directors to meet corporate strategic objectives.
- Works with the Managing Directors and COO to implement and facilitate the annual marketing plan.
- Works with the Managing Directors, COO, and Financial Manager to plan and administer the annual marketing budget.
- Oversee strategy, creative direction, timing, and execution of online marketing activities including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), email marketing campaigns, Social Networking, affiliate and super-affiliate marketing programs, and editorial/interactive online content.
- Develops, executes and takes corrective actions in coordination with the Managing Directors and Brand Managers on different marketing aspects such as branding, positioning, pricing and introducing of new localization services.
- Assures that all marketing implementations such as advertising, e-marketing, and promotional activities match with the corporate marketing strategies& are applied on time & within budget
- Defines plans and implements marketing activities for specific brands portfolio in coordination with the Brand Managers.
- Validates advertising strategy, guidelines, and e-marketing planning process.
- Serves as a source of up-to-date marketing intelligence for collecting and analyzing all the marketing related activities of the competitors to identify best practices and recommended action items and creates awareness among Brands, Production and Technical Departments.
- Initiates and coordinates the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Initiates service improvements to meet changing market needs, by continuing to offer feedback to the Managing Directors and brand management.
- Validates research objectives related to localization services, customers, and competitors and utilizes research findings effectively to identify business drivers and opportunities.
- Develop and lead a team of marketing professionals (online & Offline). Marketing Director should be keen to develop his/her staff’s technical web marketing skills and leveraging that growth to drive the profitability of our marketing effort
