Job Description
ERP and HR Techno-Functional support for our selective customers
- We need technical support and implementer engineers for ERP and HRMS applications
- Work with selective customers on technical support and implementation life cycle, including (gap analysis, to be design, system configuration, and training)
- Respond to first level support requests
- Coordinate with the development team for issues not resolved via first level support
- Analyze new requirements and communicate these requirements with the development team
Job Requirements
Required skills and experience:
- Education background, computer science or engineering, practical experience in ERP and/or HR implementation is an Assets
- Females only
- MS SQL or Oracle DB knowledge
- Very good user for MS Windows, MS Windows Server, and MS Office
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing)
- Development tools knowledge (MS.net, Oracle, Java) is plus
