Job Description

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
  • Load computer tapes and disks, and install software and printer 
  • Analyze equipment performance records in order to determine the need for repair or replacement.
  • Use troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair PCs and Laptops
  • Researching problems to resolve issues

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge about (Fortinet, Mikrotik, CCTV systems)
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Good understanding of computer systems and other tech products
  • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language and retain information quickly
  • Ability to work night shifts or morning shifts
