Manage the manufacturing process from product design to delivery, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
Work with the product design team to ensure manufacturability of new designs and provide input on improving existing designs.
Develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and systems to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products, identify and resolve any production issues, and work with the team to make improvements.
Lead a team of production staff and coordinate with other departments, including procurement, logistics, quality assurance, and maintenance.
Develop and implement training programs to improve the skill set of the production team and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Manage the budget for the manufacturing department, identifying opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining or improving product quality.
Designing and developing existing products, molds, and 3d models
Study production and machine requirements
Develop and test effective automated and manual systems

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, welding, casting, plastics and assembly.
Experience managing a production team and coordinating with other departments.
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodology is a plus.
Understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Well-versed in relevant software (e.g. CAD, MS Office, Solid works)
