Job Description
- Main responsibilities will be overseeing and strengthening the day to day operations of the current supermarkets across 6 branches .
- You will manage a team of Shift Managers who are responsible for a large number of operators and technicians in production and warehouse
- Implement best practices to fulfillment process along the operational chain.
- Define proper capacity planning to ensure surges in orders from clients are handled in a timely manner.
- Create adequate team structure and managing various operational teams.
- Deliver measurable results linked to your business and ensure regular reporting of your actions and results.
- Confirm the quality of the measurement of the selected KPIS hourly, daily, Weekly and monthly.
- Make fast decisions in order to solve daily emergencies and produces regular reports about the operations performance
- Identify potential expansions and income generations opportunities
Job Requirements
