Job Description
- Monitoring all social media accounts.
- Respond to any customer issues that come through social media channels.
- Stay current with social media trends and best practices.
- Review and approve the content on a daily basis.
- Research opportunities for new social marketing platforms and select adapt the current processes to fit client needs.
- Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification to developing brand awareness.
- Should have an awareness of types of social media ads.
- Create, schedule and publish high-quality social media content and digital events to promote and deliver traffic to the website.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communication, or Business.
- Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Creative marketing skills and ability to think outside the box.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven working experience in social media or related fields (Social Media especially twitter /blogging).
- In-depth knowledge & understanding with different social media platforms.
