Job Description

The Loyalty Program Senior Executive is responsible for both the program optimization (member acquisition, engagement and retention) and the modeling, analysis and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various assigned loyalty program.

key responsibilities:

  • Accountable for Loyalty activities calendar planning across different segments.
  • Delivery and implementation of continuous corrective actions to achieve pre-set strategy & KPIs.
  • Manage the project process with Segments in order to ensure the smooth and timely progression of the project.
  • Provide unified spend and subs reporting for Loyalty as well as regular reporting for all the KPIs.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience: 

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and solve varied business problems and excellent stakeholders management.
  • Ability to innovatively design and launch loyalty activities.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills & ability to lead other functions.
  • Strong knowledge of reporting & data analysis.
  • Flexibility and ability to manage in a fast changing environment.

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in Marketing.
  • Analytical & planning skills.
  • Understanding of digital platforms & work streams.
  • Good knowledge of points/rewards-based loyalty programs is a plus.
