Job Description
- Planning and executing product and material testing, compliance with manufacturing standards.
- Make sure that Lab Equipment’s are working properly
- Evaluating of mix designs for all concrete mixes through coordination with internal staff, agencies and testing facilities.
- Performing mix optimizations.
- Provide technical support or assistance to the workers, technicians and Technical Sales Officers
- Prepare the work flow charts to establish efficiency.
- Training the lab employees to improve their knowledge about lab equipment’s and tests.
- Monitoring the breakdown records cards and maintenance periods of the lab equipment’s.
- Determine and report the principal causes of quality losses and non-performances.
- Ensuring the lab equipment ready to use all the time.
- Contribution to the customer complaint handling process and execution of the required tests when necessary.
- Planning and following of lab and industrial tests and preparing reports and communicating with related departments.
- Correlates test results in relation to customer complaints to determine cause and prevent future complaints.
- Following the stocks of lab materials
Job Requirements
- Bachelors of Engineering degree, Geology
- 2-4 years of experience including 1+ years’ experience in Concrete filed.
- Laboratory equipment operation experience
- Cement, Concrete or chemicals additives industries.
- Communication Skills
