Job Description
A successful Client Care advocate instruments the coordination between MAVINZ and our clients.
Job Duties
- Generating Revenue growth by excelling in client service and retention and also by cross-selling.
- Conducts Care assessments to uncover potential problems and find out solutions.
- Provides Education, consultancy and support to the client.
- Works internally with the other fellow MAVINZ team members to serve the client.
- Strikes the perfect balance in the relationship.
- Empowers the client with the knowledge needed to grown their business, makes sure what is been promised is kept.
Job Requirements
- Experience Requirements and Skills:
- Major BA is preferable
- At least 1 year of experience in client service job
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- Fluent in English
