Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidates for immediate hiring, to take over the following responsibilities:
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques, and Handling the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Develop training plan for the team and execute it.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees and team building activities.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
Job Requirements
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English
- Motivated
- WiExcellent communication and people skills
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
