Job Description
- Identify areas for improvements in various processes and develop “to-be” activities in coordination with process owner and aligned with applicable QMS standard and internal organization requirements and policies to ensure system update to business needs
- Conduct interviews/audits with concerned owners/departments as per internal audit plan to verify the standardization and implementation of the QMS
- Resolve escalated Quality management queries related to interdepartmental issues by interpreting company procedures in order to meet customer and business requirements § Disseminate and escalate Quality management communications appropriately across the organization to ensure awareness of initiatives/activities
- Provide information to individuals, teams and departments on various topics of the QMS as needed to ensure people are aware of Quality principles and facilitate implementation
- Provide support to analysts as needed to ensure efficiency of activities
- Monitor QMS filing and archiving as per procedures to control documents and records at all times
Key Result Areas:
- Implementation of Management Standards requirements and business requirements
- Achievements of corrective and preventive actions / improvements
- Accuracy of QMS diffusion and ownership
Job Requirements
- Years of experience from 3-5
- Excellent in English.
