Job Description
- Following with Factory Production Planning team about % of material shipment will released from customs as Temporary admission for Export production.
- Communicating with Import team and customs Broker to give him decision about customs clearance for each shipment, Is it Temporary admission, Drawback or final Import certificate
- Informing finance about the LG budget needed to handle Temp. admission according to shipments.
- Holding the needed records for each Importation system which includes a material card for each shipment showing inbound raw material quantity, consumption of that material, Export final goods produced from that material, and Sales invoice number.
- Recording import temporary admission certificates number and quantity used on each Export sales invoice.
- Following with customs broker for clearance of each export shipment and receiving, archiving of export temporary admission certificate.
- Communicating with the Temporary Admission 3rd party service provider to finalize the reconciliation with the Temporary Admission Customs Authority.
- Review and follow with the freight forwarder to get export drawback & TA form 13 and import drawback or temp admission certificate.
- Review Follow company export invoices.
- Review and amend form 13 with invoices with freight forwarder company and customs
- Responsible for right form 13 data with the freight forwarder company
- Make the follow-up sheet by import drawback or temp admission value and export certificates.
- Follow the refunded payment with the authority or settlement.
- Follow and make ICA letter.
- In contact with customs for any requirement requested by drawback or temp admission authority.
- In contact with import and export control, any requirement requested by drawback or temp admission authority.
- In contact with the industrial federation, requirements required requested by drawback or temp admission authority.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university preferable in logistics
- Previous experience from 2- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in handling temporary admission process is a must
- Very good English language (Spoken - Written)
