Job Description

Need to hire Social Media Moderators

You are required to have experience with handling and moderating comments and messages on Facebook/Instagram Post

As a Social Media Comment Moderator, you will work under the customer service coordinator's guidance.

The Social Media Comment Moderator plays a vital role in the business including helping Customers with complaints and questions, giving the customer information about the products, collections, and help to increase sales.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer Customers Comments on Social Media Posts
  • Hiding Comments If Needed
  • Answer Customers Direct Messages To Social Media Pages
  • Other assigned customer service duties
  • Filling sheets and reports 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluent Arabic and Excellent in the English Language
  • Proven working experience as a Comment Moderator or a customer service agent
  • Results-driven, Sense of urgency, and a high standard of professionalism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using: Facebook & Instagram and Google Sheets
