Need to hire Social Media Moderators
You are required to have experience with handling and moderating comments and messages on Facebook/Instagram Post
As a Social Media Comment Moderator, you will work under the customer service coordinator's guidance.
The Social Media Comment Moderator plays a vital role in the business including helping Customers with complaints and questions, giving the customer information about the products, collections, and help to increase sales.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer Customers Comments on Social Media Posts
- Hiding Comments If Needed
- Answer Customers Direct Messages To Social Media Pages
- Other assigned customer service duties
- Filling sheets and reports
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Fluent Arabic and Excellent in the English Language
- Proven working experience as a Comment Moderator or a customer service agent
- Results-driven, Sense of urgency, and a high standard of professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using: Facebook & Instagram and Google Sheets
