Job Description
- Review of monthly and quarterly banks transactions and reconciliations
- Register and follow-up for the daily bank transactions in terms of cheques and bank accounts as well as settlements and reconciliations
- Supervise the Documentation of financial transactions by entering account information.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Ensure the monthly bank compliance activities are performed.
- Execute daily financial work decisions including suppliers’ payments.
- Ensure proper calculation of bank charges and interests.
- Ensure the monthly bank compliance activities are performed.
- Provide bookkeeping and bank reconciliations for all accounts as assigned.
- Participate in month end close, including reconciliation of all banks accounts.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Other assigned duties and responsibilities as required.
Job Requirements
- Required: EX Banking Manager
- We require a qualified Manager for Banking Department
- 15+ years of experience (Banking Accounts)
- Experience min 10 years in any Local or International Bank
- Alexandria Resident Only
- In addition to a banking background, the ideal candidate will have the management skills necessary to lead their staff through team building and collaboration.
