About the Job
  • Monitoring the company's assets and properties and opening statistical records to monitor the movement of fixed assets.
  • Preparing financial reports to analyze the results of the company's activities financially and compare them with the estimated plans and budgets, and provide the senior management with the necessary suggestions and recommendations.
  • Carrying out all financial affairs and financial services, including accounts, revenues and expenses, directing and coordinating between them, ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of their performance, achieving harmony and complementary between them, and considering all the issues that appear in this regard.
  • Implement the regulations, regulations, decisions and instructions related to financial affairs, and working on generalizing, explaining and interpreting them for all other departments in the company in a manner that leads to generalizing transparency in the financial practices in the company.
  • Participating in the work of committees and meetings related to the fields of financial management work.
  • Liaising and coordinating with governmental and non-governmental bodies related to financial affairs activities, and exchanging data and information in accordance with the rules and instructions.
  • Participating in preparing the estimated budget, coordinating to tighten control over basic expenses and other expenses, studying negative and positive deviations resulting from comparing the actual expenditures with the amount, and submitting periodic reports on those
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
  • Construction Experience is a must.
  • SAP User is preferred.
  • Excellent Leadership Skills.
  • Excellent Reporting Skills.
