AvidBeam has an opening for Computer Vision R&D developer. The successful candidate will join a highly-motivated team of software designers and engineers responsible for the development and integration of computer vision applications and libraries. This job involves research development, integration, testing, and performance optimization.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Basics: (Must have)
- B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science or Engineering & M.S. preferred.
- Strong programming experience with C, C++, C#, Java, .Net, Python, FFMPEG & Matlab.
- Strong academic records and high GPA,
- Working experience with Middleware or APIs and OpenCV
Preferred
- Previous working experience in software product development.
- Background in computer vision, image processing algorithms, machine learning, neural network. Analysis and optimization algorithms.
- Experience working with OpenCV, ffmpeg, or other video and imaging tools.
- knowledge of Object detection, people count, face recognition and feature extraction algorithms. Working knowledge with GPU programming & optimization Knowledge with video coding standards such as MPEG4, H264, and H265.Master in computer science/engineering in related areas.
