About the Job

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the relation between Jumia teams and Partners
  • Build relationships between the vendor support center and partner
  • Build relationships between the Partner and customer
  • Develop administrative standards and policies for hubs and ensure their compliance
  • Follow up with partners on the Service level agreement
  • Prepare account status reports
  • Handling and following up on daily issues between partner, customer and operation teams
  • Responsible for updating the lost liability from 3PL
Job Requirements
  • Approachable and responsive, able to connect with employees at all levels
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Supportive team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic (verbal and written) is required, an additional language is a plus; strong communication skills are critical
  • Thorough working knowledge of MS Office, e.g. solid and sound Excel knowledge
