About the Job
  • Answering Customer Inquiries Over the Phone
  • Handling Customers issues with efficiency and Proper way
  • Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information
  • Following up complicated customer calls where required
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM 
Job Requirements
  • Graduates Only can Apply
  • Males and Females are welcomed
  • Very Good to Excellent Command of English level
  • Good command of computer skills
  • Good Communication and Handling skills
  • Ability to work with rotational shifts
  • 2 Days off per week.
  • Max Age is 33
