Job Description

  • Responsible for developing and implementing outbound sales strategies & objectives in coordination with other functions to meet the brands and corporate strategic objectives.
  • Works with the brand managers and Head of Sales & Account Management to plan and administer the annual budget and sales targets.
  • Works closely with Senior Management, will be responsible for the delivery of Sales KPI's targets through planning and managing all outbound sales activities to meet agreed-upon sales targets.
  • Responsible of setting sales targets for all the team in coordination with the brand managers & monitoring the sales process to ensure all team members follow standard procedures while communicating with the clients.
  • To ensure that aggressive sales, productivity & quality targets are met month by month
  • Leadership and management of the sales team members to achieve the required sales target for all brands from different clients and regions.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the sales team capabilities.
  • Contributes to the development and maintenance of sales team full process, standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Responsible for periodical reports to the Head of Sales & Account Management & brand managers about the company sales, team members’ performance, etc.….
  • In coordination with the HR Dept., will be responsible of hiring the best calibers to achieve the required objectives.
  • Accurately build, and generate lists for various business industries
  • Validate and qualify records
  • Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
  • Locate and fix errors in lists
  • Research various directories for new possible prospects to various business types
  • Import and export data from different databases
  • Setup email campaign sequences.

Job Requirements

  • A degree in the medical field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the same field.
  • Experience in marketing campaigns will be a plus.
  • well know the medical industry and its needs especially in Egypt and Gulf Market
  • Strategic and Digital Marketing Planning.
  • high capabilities and responsibility for achieving results.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Strong Communication skills.
