Job Description
- Developing pools analysis reports and analyzing variances with the telecom operator and GL.
- Assisting in the improvement in internal controls related to pools and internal controls related to the ordering and consumption.
- Verifying accurate consumption and monitor with the GL movement.
- Reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger
- Preparing monthly journal entries as needed and trace it with the company systems and validate it before submitting.
- Special projects as required
- Issue the invoices related to the revenues form tel-co companies, perform necessary validations and execute transactions with timeliness.
- verifies and processes invoices.
- Resolve issues, serve as a resource in troubleshooting complex matters and insure that problems are responded to in a timely manner
- Demonstrate leadership skills and develop new employees
- Ensure company policies, processes, and procedures are clearly defined, updated and documented
- Reconciles various accounts by identifying errors in posting or omissions by applying appropriate accounting standards.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or related field required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- AX experience is preferred.
