Job Description
Major duties and responsibilities:
- Writing, drafting, evaluating, negotiating and executing different contracts with landlords, service providers, suppliers, etc.
- Maintaining correspondence and documentation related to contracts.
- Communicating and presenting information to different stakeholders.
- Monitoring contracts and moving forward with close-out, extension or renewal of contract.
- Develop contract annexes as required.
- Manage contracts related monthly payments and settlements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Law , English section.
- 5 to 7 overall years of experience, with at least 3 very specialized years of experience on contract management.
- Fluency & excellent commands in written in Arabic & English.
- Exceptional attention to detail and talent for accuracy and precision.
- Deep understanding of contracts, contract governance, contractual language and contract lifecycle.
- Critical thinking skills and ability to research and understand legal and financial implications.
- Superior reading, writing and language skills.
- Excellent understanding of the business or industry (or similar industry)
- Presentable and mentally structure personality.
