Job Description

ELCORNERS.com is the first marketplace in Egypt that is solely focused on furniture, home decor, and home linen products. Our goal is to offer manufacturers and wholesalers a unique and upbeat platform to easily connect with end customers, and to offer the buyers a wide range of easy and secure payment options.

Responsibilities:

  • Enrich product portfolio by on-boarding new sellers.
  • Create and develop sales strategies to enhance business growth.
  • Analyze, evaluate and assess sales territories.
  • Recommend improvements and changes as appropriate to company sales policies.
  • Develop unique sales approaches for different business segments and sizes (SMEs, Corporate, etc.).
  • Provide logistics in building and expanding customer base.
  • Develop customer insights to use to improve the e-commerce business.
  • Provide detailed reporting on product trends, competitor trends with actionable data to support business development decision making processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics.
  • 1+ year of relevant experience in business development, sales, e-commerce, logistics, fintech, marketing, or banking.
  • Arabic native tongue with excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Possessing a strong knowledge of the eCommerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices and industry trends.
  • Using Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc) in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
